MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

From our crazy home to yours!!!

I have been wanting to take photos like this for a while but our schedules never magically aligned during the day....until yesterday!! I can pretty much count on things being nuts and crazy anytime my kids and a camera are involved....then add in a tripod and a remote for the shutter, and the craziness goes into a whole other level!! This was my first time attempting anything of this sort, so it was a fun learning experience!! The boys thought it was fun for the first 3 minutes, and then Dylan was DONE-ZO and Andrew was over it too. But nevertheless, we pushed them to their limits and I am happy for these not so perfect memories. Because that is real life. Right?

We wish everyone a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!! I hope that you are able to really reflect on the reason for the season....as cliche as that sounds, it's true!! It's not about Santa, the presents, or the yummy food (although all of those things are fun!)....It's about our Savior! It's about the gift of life we have been given and the opportunity to share that with others. What better gift is there?
